Foothills Rack Co LLC warrants Yakima SupplyA products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date, unless a listing states a different term.

What this covers

Welds, castings, latches, and hardware that fail under normal use as described on the product page. Cosmetic wear, UV fade, and road grit are not defects.

What this does not cover

Crash, overload, or off-label mounting
Aftermarket modification
Lost keys or cores unless the SKU is sold as a replacement
Freight damage that was not reported with photos inside 7 days of delivery

To start a claim, email [email protected] with the order number, SKU, photos, and a short description. A replacement part or a refund is issued at our discretion.
