Yakima SupplyA accepts unused items in original packing within 30 days of delivery, unless the listing says the SKU is final sale. Start every return with an authorization from Foothills Rack Co LLC.

How to start

Email [email protected] with the order number, the SKU, and a short reason. Do not ship a package back until you have a return authorization and the address we provide.

What we cannot take back

Items that have been mounted, cut, drilled, or otherwise installed
Missing hardware kits or incomplete sets
Final-sale or discontinued SKUs marked on the product page
Returns past the 30-day window

Refunds after a return

Once we inspect the inbound carton, refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping you paid on the outbound order is not refunded unless we sent the wrong item or the carton arrived damaged.
