DESCRIPTION
The FullSwing 4 got its name because a) it swings completely out of the way when you want to access the rear of your car with bikes on and b) it carries 4 bikes. Try arguing with that logic, Socrates. It’s perfect for folks who like to leave their rack on their vehicle, or pretty much anyone who wants the satisfaction of having the nicest swing-away hitch mount on the road.
